I once saw a pick of a friend in a similar pose. At the time she was asking that the one taking the picture hand over the camera. I immediately like that picture and I like this one, as well.
Its an invitation to become better aquainted with someone we know little about. While her hand and arm are well lit, that part of her where personal expression is concentrated, her face, is shadowed. We feel the final outcome of accepting her will be refreshing and enlightening, hence the ocean and bright sky behind her. A very inviting picture, indeed! It just says, "come!" :) (Smile)
And it's going in my favorites. ;) (Wink)

I agree I LOVE this picture. I mentioned before how beautiful she is however her beauty is not what made this picture awesome. The whole perspective is what I absolutely LOVE about this. I wish this made it to DD, awesome pick, I love it!
